摘　　要：目的:研究肉苁蓉中的活性成分苯乙醇苷、多糖、甜菜碱的含量,抗氧化能力以及对蛙离体心脏的影响。方法:采用超声波提取法提取苯乙醇苷、甜菜碱,热水浸提法提取多糖,用紫外-可见光分光光度法测定其含量,用DPPH法测其抗氧化能力;采用斯氏蛙心灌流法,用BL-420N生物信息采集与分析系统来测定肉苁蓉提取液对离体蛙心脏的影响。结果:测出苯乙醇苷、多糖、甜菜碱的含量分别为23.22%、25.3%、1.18%,对DPPH的清除率分别为78.1%、93.42%、66.52%。水提液、甜菜碱提取液对蛙心脏有抑制作用,苯乙醇苷提取液对蛙心脏无明显作用,多糖提取液对蛙心脏有兴奋作用。结论:三种提取液都具有一定的抗氧化作用,提取液对蛙心脏也有明显作用。Objective To study the contents of phenylethanolic glycosides,polysaccharides and betaine in Cistanche deserticola,its antioxidant capacity and its effects on frog isolated heart.Methods Phenylethanol glycoside and betaine were extracted by ultrasonic extraction,polysaccharide was extracted by hot water extraction,its content was determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry,and its antioxidant capacity was measured by DPPH method;The effect of Cistanche deserticola extract on isolated frog heart was determined by bl-420n biological information acquisition and analysis system.Results The contents of phenylethanol glycoside,polysaccharide and betaine were 23.22%,25.3%and 1.18%respectively,and the clearance rates of DPPH were 78.1%,93.42%and 66.52%respectively.Water extract and betaine extract have inhibitory effects on frog heart,Phenylethanolic glycoside extract had no obvious effect on frog heart,and polysaccharide extract had stimulating effect on frog heart.Conclusion The three extracts have certain antioxidant effect,and the extract also has obvious effect on frog heart.
