摘　　要：小儿咳嗽在临床治疗上存在西药治疗疗效不佳,病情反复的问题,中医药治疗具有改善症状,整体调节的优势。陆家龙教授治疗小儿咳嗽从燥热病机入手,以清宣凉润为法,同时注重顾护脾胃,临证选用“清热润燥方”,临床疗效满意。In the clinical treatment of Infantile cough,the curative effect of Western medicine is poor,and there are often repeated problems.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of improving symptoms and overall regulation.Professor Lu Jialong s treatment of Infantile cough starts with the pathogenesis of dryness and heat,takes Qingxuan,liangrun as the method,pays attention to protecting the spleen and stomach,and selects“Qingre Runzao formula”for clinical syndrome,with satisfactory clinical effect.
