摘  要:肾病综合征是儿童时期最常见的肾小球疾病,因其病程迁延,容易反复,故为儿科疑难病之一。经方医学通常简称“经方”,以八纲六经及方证理论为体系,其特点为药味精炼,配伍精当,方证合一,效如桴鼓。国医大师丁樱教授从事小儿肾系疾病研究53载,临证精于辨证,擅切中肾病本虚标实、虚实夹杂病机,活用经方治疗每获良效。文章介绍丁樱教授运用经方治疗儿童肾病综合征验案两则,旨在为经方在儿童肾系疾病的开发和应用提供临床参考。Nephrotic syndrome is the most common glomerular disease in childhood,and it is one of the difficult diseases in pediatrics because of its prolonged course and easy recurrence.classical prescription medicine is usually referred to as"classical prescription",with the Eight Principles and Six Classics and Fangzheng Theory as the system,which is characterized by refined medicinal taste,compatibility and refinement,and the unity of Fangzheng and the effect of the drum.Professor Ding Ying,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,has been engaged in the research of pediatric kidney diseases for 53 years,and is proficient in dialectics,good at cutting the real and virtual diseases of kidney diseases,mixing the disease machine with virtual and real,and making full use of the classical prescription treatment to obtain good results.The purpose of this article is to introduce two cases of Professor Ding Ying s use of classical prescription for the treatment of children s nephrotic syndrome,and to provide clinical reference for the development and application of classical prescription in children s renal diseases.
