摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸调治亚健康的取穴规律。方法:检索中国知网、维普期刊、万方期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,根据文献纳入、排除标准选择文献,提取研究文献的基本信息、干预措施、穴位处方、疗效等建立数据库,采用频次统计、关联规则、复杂网络分析取穴规律。结果:共纳入文献167篇,提取针灸处方167条。频次分析显示≥30的有足三里、三阴交、关元等共13个腧穴;以足太阳膀胱经、任脉腧穴最多;下肢部、背腰部的五输穴、交会穴、背俞穴最多。关联规则分析显示常用腧穴组合为肾俞与肝俞、脾俞与肝俞、足三里与关元,足三里与气海、关元,足三里与关元、三阴交,以及肾俞与心俞、脾俞。复杂网络分析发现,肝俞、中脘、三阴交、天枢为核心腧穴组合。结论:针灸调治亚健康重视脏腑与形神、气血的关系,整体施治及振奋阳气,主要经络、腧穴的选择均符合其病因病机、证候特点,常以临床疗效、实践经验组合穴对。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the principle of point selection on treating sub-health.Methods Databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM were searched for potential eligible literatures according to inclusion/exclusion criteria.Extract the basic information of research literature,intervention measures,acupoint prescriptions,curative effects and other information to establish a database.Frequency analysis,association rules method,complex network analysis were used to analyze the compatibility of acupoint in treatment of sub-healthy.Results Totally 167 articles were included and 167 acupoint prescriptions were extracted.The frequency analysis showed that there were 13 acupoints such as Zusanli(ST 36),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)and Guanyuan(CV 4)which were used more than 30 times.The acupoints on the Bladder Meridian of foot-taiyang and Ren Meridian appear most frequently.The five-shu points,crossing points on the lower limbs and the back-shu points on the back and waist were the most selected.Association rules analysis shows that commonly used acupoint combinations are Shenshu(BL 23)and Ganshu(BL 18),Pishu(BL 20)and Ganshu(BL 18),Zusanli(ST 36)and Guanyuan(CV 4),Zusanli(ST 36)and Qihai(CV 6),Guanyuan(CV 4),Zusanli(ST 36)and Guanyuan(CV 4),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Shenshu(BL 23)and Xinshu(BL 15),Pishu(BL 20).Complex network analysis found that Ganshu(BL 18),Zhongwan(CV 12),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),and Tianshu(ST 25)are the core nodes.Conclusion In the treatment of sub-health,it pays attention to the relationship between organs,body and spirit,qi and blood,and pays attention to overall treatment and stimulating Yang qi.The selection of main meridians and acupoints conforms to the characteristics of etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome,and often combines acupoints with clinical efficacy and practical experience.
