摘  要:目的 观察不同时机加压同步直流电复律对持续性心房颤动(房颤)射频消融术后6个月复发率的影响。方法 选择2020年1月至2022年1月就诊于郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院心血管内科的持续性房颤拟行射频消融术患者96例,根据加压同步直流电复律的时间分为术前电复律组(46例)和术中电复律组(50例),观察两组患者射频消融术后6个月房颤复发率。结果 术前电复律组术后6个月房颤复发11例(23.9%),术中电复律组术后6个月房颤复发22例(44%),两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论 对持续性房颤导管消融术患者,术前给予加压同步直流电复律转复房颤联合药物维持窦性心律,有利于减少消融术后6个月房颤的复发。Objective To observe the influence of pressurized synchronized direct-current cardioversion(DCCV) at different time points on 6-month recurrence rate of persistent atrial fibrillation(PeAF) after radiofrequency ablation(RFA). Methods The patients with PeAF received planed RFA(n=96) were chosen from Cardiovascular Medicine in Luoyang Central Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University from Jan. 2020 to Jan.2022. All patients were divided, according to DCCV time, into preoperative DCCV group(n=46) and intraoperative DCCV group(n=50). The 6-month recurrence rate of PeAF was observed in 2 groups. Results The 6-month recurrence rate of PeAF was 23.9% in 11 cases in preoperative DCCV group, and 44% in 22 case in intraoperative DCCV group(P=0.038). Conclusion In patients with PeAF received RFA, the pressurized synchronized DCCV before the operation for cardioversion of atrial fibrillation combined drugs to maintain sinus rhythm is beneficial to reduce 6-month recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation after ablation RFA.
