翘板式摩托车胎活络模具耐磨板磨损分析

摘  要:通过实验测量及模拟的方法,建立铜石墨合金耐磨板的磨损模型,并以此模型,对翘板式摩托车胎活络模具的耐磨板进行磨损分析。通过改变模具的合模力、花纹块与耐磨板的相对运动速度,得到耐磨板的磨损数据。结果表明,合模力每增加400 kN,耐磨板镀层磨损量就会增加0.01 mm/万次,花纹块和耐磨板的相对运动速度增加1 mm/s,耐磨板镀层磨损量会增加0.005 mm/万次。The wear model of copper-graphite alloy wear-resistant plate was established by experimental measurement and simulation, and the wear analysis of the wear-resistant plate of the flexible die of the warping motorcycle tire was carried out based on the model.The wear data of the wear plate were obtained by changing the clamping force of the die and the relative velocity of the pattern block and the wear plate.The results show that when the clamping force increases by 400 kN,the wear amount of the wear plate coating increases by 0.01 mm/10 000 times, and the relative movement speed of the pattern block and the wear plate increases by 1mm/s, and the wear amount of the wear plate coating increases by 0.005 mm/10 000 times.
