摘  要:研发了一种由多通道陶瓷基体板和黑色陶瓷涂层制成的新型全瓷集热板。全瓷集热板以高强度黏土为主要原料通过真空练泥机挤制成型多通道陶瓷基体板,表面喷涂由黑色纳米粉制备的黑色陶瓷涂层,干燥后经1100~1150℃高温烧制而成;阐述了全瓷集热板的物化性能,全瓷集热板具有优良的热吸收性、热稳定性和抗冲击性,太阳吸收比高达0.96,抗折强度约为77 MPa;构建了与建筑集成化的全瓷集热系统,全瓷集热系统的集热效率约为49.2%,比传统太阳能集热系统高约2.5%。In this study, a novel ceramic endothermic panels, consisting of multichannel ceramic matrix plates and black ceramic coating, were developed.The all-porcelain endothermal plates were made of high strength clay by vacuum extruder.The surface of plates was sprayed with ceramic coating prepared by black nano powders.After drying, they were fired at 1 100~1 150 ℃.The physicochemical properties of all-porcelain endothermal plates were discussed.It was confirmed that all-porcelain endothermal plates were of good thermal stability and breaking strength.The solar absorptivity was as high as 0.96.The flexural strength was about 77MPa.The integrated all-porcelain endothermal systems were constructed.Experiments showed that the thermal efficiency of all-porcelain endothermic systems was about 49.2%,which was about 2.5% higher than those of traditional solar endothermic systems.
