摘  要:对比DVS 1612和JIS 4207两种标准的特点,分析了其载荷规定、接头形式和评估方法等方面的差异性,分析可知,JIS 4270标准对载荷的规定更为详尽,且采用均方根合成动应力的评价方法更适于工程应用。以某城市轨道车辆转向架焊接构架为研究对象,用两种标准进行疲劳强度评估。结果表明:两种标准下转向架构架均满足疲劳强度要求,但两者在不同部位的利用度差异较大。JIS 4270标准下电机座、齿轮箱座焊缝的利用度更大,而DVS 1612下横侧梁对接处、横向止挡座处焊缝的利用度更大。The characteristics of DVS 1612 and JIS 4207 standards are compared, and the differences in load regulations, joint forms and evaluation methods are analyzed. It can be seen that JIS 4207 standard has more detailed provisions on load, and the evaluation method of root mean square synthetic dynamic stress is more suitable for engineering application. At the same time, fatigue strength is evaluated by two criteria combined with welded bogie frame of a certain urban rail vehicle. The results show that the bogie frame meets the fatigue strength requirements under both standards, but the utilization of the two bogies differs greatly in different parts. Comparing several different working conditions, it is found that the welds of motor base and gear box base are more utilized under JIS 4207 standard, while those of cross side member butt joint and transverse stop under DVS 1612 standard are more utilized.
