摘  要:为弥补GB/T 21563-2018中关于动车组设备振动数据不足的问题,以复兴号CR400AF型动车组2号车牵引变流器吊耳和车厢地板为测试对象,通过线路振动测试数据的时域、频域分析及与GB/T 21563-2018的对比分析,得到牵引变流器吊耳和地板的振动特性及基于统计容差法获得牵引变流器的实测谱和规范谱.研究结果表明:与GB/T 21563-2018标准值相比,牵引变流器各测点振动有效值都较小,其中垂向和横向约为标准值的20%,纵向约为标准值的50%;GB/T 21563-2018标准载荷谱仅考虑了2~60 Hz振动频谱的影响.归纳整理的实测谱和规范谱可以体现1~1 000 Hz的振动特征.线路振动测试及分析可为CR400AF型动车组牵引变流器的安全可靠应用提供指导。To make up for the lack of vibration data of EMU equipment in GB/T 21563—2018, taking the traction converter lifting lug and compartment floor of Fuxing CR400AF EMU vehicle 2 as the test object, the vibration characteristics of traction converter lifting lug and floor are obtained through time domain and frequency domain analysis of line vibration test data and comparative analysis with GB/T 21563—2018. The measured spectrum and specification spectrum of the traction converter are obtained based on statistical tolerance method. The research results show that compared with the standard value of GB/T 21563—2018, the effective vibration values of each measuring point of the traction converter are small, in which the vertical and horizontal ones are about 20% of the standard value and the longitudinal one is about 50% of the standard value. GB/T 21563—2018 standard load spectrum only considers the influence of 2-60 Hz vibration spectrum, but the measured spectrum and specification spectrum summarized can reflect the vibration characteristics of 1-1000 Hz. The line vibration test and analysis can provide guidance for the safe and reliable application of the traction converter of the CR400AF EMU.
