摘 要:针对铝锶合金的连续挤压,通过有限元模拟和试验,研究了不同道次转角的等通道模具对挤压变形的影响。模拟结果表明:随着等通道模具转角由一道次增加到三道次,应变的最大值由8.4增大至13.1,最高温度由518℃升高到582℃,挤压轮扭矩提高了80%。试验结果表明:采用二道次90°转角的等通道模具,Al4Sr相的尺寸受到应变和温度的共同作用,先稍有增大,后进一步减小;最终产品Al4Sr相的细化效果为a路线>b路线>c路线,出口截面Al4Sr相尺寸细化至7~10μm,较常规模具挤压细化程度明显提高。Abstrac:The influence of equal channel dies with different angular passes on extrusion deformation during continuous extrusion of Al-Sr master alloy was analyzed by finite-element simulation and experiment. The simulation results show that as the angular passes of the equal channel die is increased from one to three, the maximum strain is increased from 8.4 to 13.1, the maximum temperature is increased from 518 ℃to 582 ℃, and the torque of the extrusion wheel is increased by 80%. The experiment results show that the size of the Al4Sr phase is increased slightly at first and then decreased further under the combined action of strain and temperature with two angular passes of equal channel die with 90° angle. The refining effect on the Al4Sr phase of the final product is route a>route b>route c, and the size of the Al4Sr phase in the outlet section is refined to 7-10 μm. Compared with the conventional die, the degree of extrusion refinement is significantly improved.
