摘  要:以拟薄水铝石为原料,三乙胺为模板剂,采用水热法制备出一系列SAPO-5分子筛。研究了水热温度、硅铝比及铝磷比对合成分子筛微观形貌及晶体结构的影响,并利用XRD、SEM对样品的物相、微观形貌进行分析表征。结果表明:当水热温度为130℃以上,任意硅铝物质的量比及铝磷物质的量比在0.6~0.8,均可得到结晶度较高的纯相SAPO-5分子筛。此外,受上述工艺条件影响,产物的形貌呈现出规律性变化,其一,130℃水热时易于形成片组装圆柱体,200℃时则可得类球体颗粒;其二,随着硅含量增加可实现由类球体到哑铃状颗粒再到圆柱体颗粒的形貌演变过程;其三,当铝磷物质的量比为0.6时,可得哑铃状颗粒,继续增加铝含量哑铃铃头分离并最终形成圆柱体颗粒。A series of SAPO-5 molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal method with pseudo boehmite as raw material and triethylamine as template agent.The effects of hydrothermal temperature,silicon aluminum ratio and aluminum phosphorus ratio on the crystal structure and morphology of the molecular sieves were studied.The results show that the pure phase SAPO-5 molecular sieve with higher crystallinity can be obtained when the hydrothermal temperature is above 130℃,and the molar ratio of silicon to aluminum and the molar ratio of aluminum to phosphorus are between 0.6 and 0.8.Under the influence of the above process conditions,the morphology of the product shows regular changes.Firstly,it is easy to form a sheet-assembled cylinder under hydrothermal temperature at 130℃,while spheroid particles can be obtained at 200℃.Secondly,the morphology evolution process from sphere particles to dumbbell particles and then to cylinder particles can be realized with the increase of silicon content.Thirdly,dumbbell particles can be obtained when the molar ratio of aluminum to phosphorus is 0.6.With further increasing the aluminum content,the dumbbell head separates and finally forms cylinder particles.
