清代地方志艺文志的编纂、构成与文化价值探析——以《钦定热河志》和《承德府志》为中心

摘　　要：《钦定热河志》和《承德府志》是记载承德地方文化的史志双璧。两部志书的艺文志都著录了可考的地方经籍文献,收录了多样的诗文,还保存了重要的石刻碑志,具有文献学、文学、历史学和旅游地理学等多元文化价值。全面研究地方志艺文志,能促进地方文化的传承与保护,亦可为地方经济社会发展提供文化资源。Authorized Records of Rehe and Records of Chengde Prefecture are two historical records about the local culture of Chengde. The art and literary records in both books collect local scriptures, poems, and important stone inscriptions, which have multicultural values of philology, literature, history and tourism geography. Comprehensive study of local art and literary records will promote the inheritance and protection of local culture, and provide cultural resources for local economic and social development.
