摘 要:该文采用红外热成像技术,监测健美运动初学者及专业训练者渐进性抗阻训练前后的红外热像图,监测实验前一日、热身运动时、渐进性抗阻训练时及运动次日的体表温度,并结合肌酸激酶的变化规律,为健美人群制订健身计划提供理论参考及评价手段。结果显示,非专业组的上下肢肌肉体表温度与训练后及运动次日相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。专业组上下肢肌肉体表温度与训练后相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与运动次日相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。非专业组的CK值在运动当日、次日上升,第三日有所下降,但仍高于初始值;专业组的CK值在运动当日呈先上升后下降趋势,运动次日仍在下降,且接近初始值,第三日无明显变化。研究结论:(1)红外热像仪可以实时检测运动员骨骼肌受损和疲劳情况,有助于更早发现运动损伤,避免运动员带伤训练;(2)对于健美运动而言,针对上肢训练,可以运用远红外热成像技术着重测试肱二头肌、三角肌前束两块肌肉的皮肤体表温度;针对下肢训练,可以着重测试股四头肌、股二头肌两侧肌群的皮肤体表温度,从而快速、准确识别并分析运动员损伤及疲劳的状态。The infrared thermal imaging technology was used to monitor the infrared thermal image of primary and professional bodybuilders before and after progressive resistance exercise,monitor the body surface temperature of the day before the experiment,warm-up exercise,progressive resistance exercise and the next day after exercise,and combined the change rule of creatine kinase to provide theoretical reference and evaluation methods for bodybuilders to make fitness plans.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the body surface temperature of upper and lower limbs in the non-professional group compared with the day after exercise and the next day after exercise(P<0.05),in the professional group,there was a significant difference in the body surface temperature of upper and lower limbs compared with the day after exercise(P<0.05)and not a significant difference compared with the next day after exercise(P>0.05),the CK value of the non-professional group rose on the day and the next day after exercise,decreased on the third day but was still higher than the initial one,and that the CK value of the professional group showed a trend of first rising and then decreasing on the day after exercise,still was falling on the next day after exercise and was close to the initial one,and had not significant change on the third day.Research conclusion:(1)The infrared thermal imager can detect the real-time characteristics of athletes’skeletal muscle damage and fatigue,helping to detect sport injury earlier and keep athletes from training with injury.(2)For bodybuilding,for upper limb training,we can use infrared thermal imaging technology to focus on testing the body surface temperature of the two muscles of the biceps brachii and anterior deltoid tract,and for lower limb training,we can focus on testing the body surface temperature of the bilateral muscle group of quadriceps femoris and biceps femoris,which can quickly and accurately identify and analyze the state of athlete’s injury and fatigue.
