摘 要:目的:该研究主要通过客观监测来了解我国顶尖三人篮球运动员在9周集训中的睡眠状况,为其合理安排作息训练及预防运动损伤提供一定的参考。方法:集训前,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量问卷(PSQI)对被测运动员睡眠状况进行筛查;集训中,通过实验测量法对男、女两队不同监测日睡眠状况及男队损伤指标进行对比分析。结果:集训前,睡眠质量问卷(PSQI)的7个维度中只有总睡眠时间得分男队非常明显高于女队(P<0.01),其他维度并无差异(P>0.05)。集训中,男队第2监测日及第3监测日的睡眠总时间都明显低于同时期的女队(P<0.05);并且男队第3日夜间觉醒次数明显高于女队(P<0.05),同时觉醒总时间也非常明显高于女队第3监测日(P<0.01)。男队纵向比较发现,第3监测日及第4监测日的夜间觉醒次数及觉醒总时间都明显高于其集训前(P<0.05),其中第4监测日的觉醒次数非常明显高于集训前(P<0.01)。男队纵向对比还发现,第4监测日的血液CK活性及IL-6含量都明显高于第3监测日(P<0.05)。结论:(1)被测运动员在集训前无睡眠障碍。(2)男队训期睡眠状况较女队差并不断恶化。(3)男队在训期恢复状况不佳,运动损伤加重。Objective:This study mainly uses objective monitoring to understand the sleep status of China’s top 3×3 basketball players during the 9-week intensive training,so as to provide some reference for them to reasonably arrange rest and training and prevent sports injuries.Methods:Before the intensive training,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to screen the sleep status of the tested athletes.During the intensive training,the sleep status of the men’s team and women’s team on different monitoring days and the injury indicators of the men’s team were compared and analyzed by the experimental measurement method.Results:Before the intensive training,among the seven dimensions of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),only the total sleep time score was significantly higher for the men’s team than for the women’s team(P<0.01),and there was no difference in the other dimensions(P>0.05).In the intensive training,the total sleep time of the men’s team on the monitored 2nd and 3rd days was significantly lower than that of the women’s team in the same period(P<0.05),and on the night of the monitored 3rd day,the number of night-time awakenings of the men’s team was significantly higher than that of the women’s team(P<0.05)and the total awakening time of was also significantly higher than that of the women’s team on the monitored 3rd day(P<0.01).The longitudinal comparison within the men’s team showed that the number of night-time awakenings and the total time of awakenings on the monitored 3rd and 4th days were significantly higher than those before the intensive training(P<0.05),and the number of awakenings on the monitored 4th day was significantly higher than that before the intensive training(P<0.01).The longitudinal comparison within the men’s team also revealed that the blood CK activity and IL-6 levels on the monitored 4th day were significantly higher than those on the monitored 3rd day(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The tested athletes had no sleep disorder before the intensive traini
