摘 要:该研究通过录像解析法、数理统计法等方法,以青少年跳高运动员朱嘉鹏为例,对其助跑可控速度进行相关研究,得出其助跑最快可控速度,并进行训练和比赛阶段的对比分析。研究结果表明,运动员对自身助跑速度的感受和控制能力会影响其助跑可控速度的稳定性,而稳定的助跑可控速度更有利于试跳成功。加强青少年跳高助跑能力的培养,稳定并提高现有助跑速度和动态平衡,有助于运动成绩的提高。By video analysis,mathematical statistics and other methods,taking the young high jumper Zhu Jiapeng as an example,this study conducts relevant research on the controllable speed of his approach,obtains the fastest controllable speed of his approach,and makes a comparative analysis of the training and competition stage.The results show that athletes’feeling and control ability of their own approach speed can affect the stability of the controllable speed of their approach,and the stable controllable speed of approach is more conducive to the success of trial jump.It is helpful to improve the athletic performance to strengthen the training of teenagers’approach ability of high jump and stabilize and improve the current approach speed and dynamic balance.
