基于安全的网球运动教学探析

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察法等,对网球运动教学中的安全因子进行分析,对网球教学工作进行总结,提出了基于安全的网球教学影响因子,即网球项目的技术特征、网球运动器材、网球运动的外环境、网球运动的运动行为、网球运动中应急损伤教育5个因子,并从这5个角度进行安全教育,以便为网球运动安全,参与者享受运动快乐提供理论和实践的安全保障。This article uses the literature method,expert interview method,observation method and other methods to analyze safety factors in tennis teaching and summarize tennis teaching work,puts forward the influence factor of tennis teaching based on safety,that is,the technical characteristics of tennis events,tennis equipment,external environment of tennis,sports behavior of tennis and emergency injury education in tennis,and implements safety education for each factor,which provides a theoretical and practical security guarantee for the safety of tennis and participants to enjoy the joy of sports.
