地区经济与社区健美操参与者行为方式研究

摘　　要：在社会飞速发展的背景下,人们不再只局限于对生活品质的追求,对于健康体魄与健美形象也有了新的认识。健美行业的发展与地区经济具有密切的相关性,其中健美操以简单易学的动作及较强的节奏感受到了多数人的青睐,坚持健美操锻炼不仅能强身健体,还能塑造体形。因此,其已逐渐成为引领地方经济发展的新型模式。该文主要以河南省为例,借助文献资料、问卷调查等方法对部分城市社区健美操参与者的行为方式展开调查与研究。结果显示,经济相对发达的城市社区,年龄越大,参与健美操锻炼的人数越少,但参与次数处于合理范围内,专业性普遍较高,以强身健体为主,以娱乐为辅;经济相对落后的城市社区,同样是年龄越大,参与健美操锻炼的人数越少,但参与次数较多,专业性相对较低,以娱乐为主,以健身为辅。In the context of rapid social development,people are no longer limited to the pursuit of quality of life,but also have a new understanding for the healthy body and toned image.The development of the bodybuilding industry is closely related to the regional economy,among which calisthenics is favored by most people with its simple easy-to-learn action and strong rhythm.Adherence to calisthenics exercise can not only strengthen the body,but also shape the body,so it has gradually become a new model to lead the development of local economy.Mainly taking Henan Province as an example,with the help of methods such as literature and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates and studies the behavior pattern of aerobics participants in some urban communities.The results show that in the city communities with relatively developed economy,the older the age is,the fewer people participate in aerobics exercise,but the number of participation is in a reasonable scope and the professionalism is generally high,with fitness as the main and entertainment as a supplement.In urban communities with relatively backward economy,similarly,the older the age is,the fewer people participate in calisthenics exercise,but the number of participation is more and the professionalism is relatively low,with entertainment as the main and fitness as a supplement.
