摘  要:国家和社会各界对学生体质健康的关注程度与日俱增,究其原因,与学生体质健康从原来的逐年下滑,到中期的相对稳定,以及目前部分东部地区的测试优良率和及格率在稳中求进有密切关系。然而,中职阶段学生体质健康状况却不容乐观。该文根据学校体育功能,结合教育学、心理学、运动人体科学以及体育教育教学规律,运用实验法和数理统计法,在课堂教学中采用俱乐部制教学模式,寻求能有效提升学生体质健康水平的路径,旨在为增强人民体质,建设体育强国提供数据理论支撑。The state and all walks of life are paying more and more attention to students’physical health.The reason is closely related to students’physical health declining year by year from the original to relatively stable in the middle,and the current excellence rate and pass rate of the test in a stable manner in some eastern regions.However,the physical health of secondary vocational school students is not optimistic.According to the function of school sports,in combination with pedagogy,psychology,the teaching law of physical education and sports human science,using experimental methods and mathematical statistics,the club system teaching mode is used in classroom teaching to seek the path to effectively improve students’physical health level,aiming to provide data and theoretical support for strengthening people’s physique and building a sports power.
