昌宁县森林火灾防控现状及对策建议

摘　　要：近年来国家对生态文明建设的要求越来越严,林农对森林保护、林业经济发展、林业产业致富的期望值也越来越高;昌宁县近11年来虽未发生过重特大森林火灾,但全县绝大部分林区林下可燃物持续增加,森林防火工作压力逐年增大。针对不利因素,总结了昌宁近年来森林防火经验做法,对抓好森林防火工作提出对策建议。In recent years,the national requirements for ecological civilization construction are more and more strict,and the foresters'expectations for forest protection,forestry economic development and forestry industry prosperity are also higher and higher.In recent 11 years,there has been no heavy and large forest fire in Changning county.Most of the forest areas in the county have continued to increase the undergrowth of combustible materials,and the pressure of forest fire prevention has been increasing year by year.In order to cope with the severe climate situation of continuous drought,the experience and practice of forest fire prevention in Changning county in recent years were summarized according to the adverse factors,and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the forest fire prevention work.
