青海省林业和草原发展十四五规划区划布局研究

摘　　要：区划布局研究上主要依据《中国林业发展区划》《青海台主休功能区规划》等上位规划和前期规划,在“十四五”期间将青海省林业和草原发展分为林草生态功能区划及林草发展功能区划双层级区划体系。从而形成一套更加完整、科学、合理的林业和草原发展区划体系,以期为推动青海省林业和草原发展提供借鉴。The regional distribution study is mainly based on superior planning and preliminary planning such as Forestry Development Regionalization in China 9 Planning of Main Functional Areas in Qinghai Province.During the"14^(th) Five-Year" Plan period,forestry and grassland development in Qinghai Province was divided into forestry-grassland ecological function zoning and forestry-grassland development function zoning double­level zoning system.Thus,a more complete,scientific and reasonable regionalization system for forestry and grassland development will be formed,in order to provide reference for promoting the development of forestry and grassland in Qinghai Province.
