摘 要:黄河下游某引黄泵站的进水池为开敞式,进水管道按垂直式布置。为减少因管路布设不合理引起的水力损失,进一步降低泵站能耗,提高其综合效益,采用Fluent软件对设有不同管径的6种优化方案的进水管进行了数值模拟,并选取相关截面分析其内部水流流态。以进水管道水力损失、进水管道出口断面的流速分布均匀度和速度加权平均角为评价函数,分析各方案下进水管道的水力特性。结果表明:进水管道管径过小时,其管内水流流速超出国家标准限值,进水管道水力损失大、出口断面水流速度分布均匀度不高;管径过大时,进水管道的水力损失值增加,进水管道内水流流态紊乱且出口断面的水流速度加权平均角较低;管径为750 mm时,进水管道水力特性较优;偏心渐缩管对进水水流具有一定的调整作用,但其管径渐变程度不宜过大。研究结果可为相关引黄提灌泵站的管道优化布设提供技术参考,进一步提高水泵工作效率。The intake pool of a pumping station at the lower reaches of the Yellow River is open type,and the inlet pipe is arranged vertically.In order to reduce the hydraulic loss caused by the unreasonable pipeline and the energy consumption of the pump station,and improve comprehensive benefits,the Fluent software is used to perform numerical simulation on the optimization schemes of six inlet pipes in different sizes and analyze the internal flow patterns of the cross sections.The hydraulic characteristics of the inlet pipes are analyzed by taking hydraulic loss of the inlet pipes,the velocity distribution uniformity and the weighted average angle of the outlet sections.The results indicate that the flow velocity in the inlet pipe is non-uniform and exceeds the national standard limit with a large hydraulic loss when the diameter of the inlet pipe is too small,while the flow velocity is disordered with a further increased hydraulic loss and a small flow velocity weighted average angle when the pipe diameter is too large,and the pipe in diameter of 750 mm exhibits a better hydraulic characteristic.Besides,the inlet flow can be adjusted by the eccentric shrinking pipe to a certain extent,but the gradient of the pipe diameter should not be too large.The results provide technical reference for optimizing pipeline layout of the relevant Yellow River diversion pumping station and improve the pump efficiency to bring into greater benefits.
