摘  要:促黄体生成素(LH)由垂体前叶嗜碱性细胞合成分泌,受下丘脑分泌的促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)以及卵巢雌、孕激素共同调控。在辅助生殖技术中,血清LH一直是十分重要的检测指标。近年来,LH的作用机制以及在促排卵过程中LH调控的最佳水平已成为辅助生殖领域的研究热点。本文将从LH在促排卵过程中对卵泡发育、触发排卵、卵母细胞和胚胎发育的作用及其对子宫内膜容受性、黄体功能维持影响的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床工作中对LH合理的调控提供思路和启示。Luteinizing hormone(LH)is synthesized and secreted by basophils of the anterior pituitary gland,which is regulated by gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)secreted by hypothalamus,as well as ovarian estrogen and progesterone.Serum LH has always been a very important observational indicator in assisted reproductive technology.In recent years,the mechanism of action of LH and the optimal LH regulation level during ovulation induction have become the research hotspots in the field of assisted reproduction.This paper reviews the research progress of the LH effect on follicle development,triggering ovulation,oocyte and embryonic development,as well as on endometrial receptivity and luteal function maintenance in the process of ovulation induction,in order to provide ideas and enlightenment for the rational regulation of LH in clinical work.
