摘  要:针对柱塞式环模制粒机柱塞部件变形磨损严重的问题,提出了一种新型柱塞设计方案。采用回转渐开线来设计柱塞部件,以达到减少柱塞部件磨损的目的。采用力学模型与有限元相结合的方法对柱塞进行受力分析,运用SoildWorks软件建模并与Abaqus有限元软件对啮合状态进行仿真受力模拟,以获得柱塞内部应力、应变分布规律,并找出柱塞应力集中部位。结果表明:渐开线柱塞优于传统圆柱柱塞,可明显改善该关键部件的磨损状况。In view of the serious deformation and wear of the plunger parts of the plunger type ring die granulator,a new plunger design scheme was proposed.The rotary involute was used to design the plunger parts,so as to reduce the wear effect of the plunger parts.The method of combining mechanical model with finite element method was used to analyze the force on the plunger.SoildWorks software was used to model and the Abaqus finite element software was used to simulate the force on its meshing state,so as to obtain the distribution law of the internal stress and strain of the plunger and find out the stress concentration position of the plunger.The results showed that the involute plunger is superior to the traditional cylindrical plunger,which can obviously improve the wear condition of the key component.
