摘　　要：试验旨在研究断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同抗生素替代物的组合对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清炎症因子的影响。试验选用192头初始体重为(8.26±1.33)kg的杜×长×大健康断奶仔猪,随机分为4个处理。日粮处理包括玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(CTR,对照组)、中短链脂肪酸+天然植物精油组(处理组Ⅰ)、有机酸+益生菌组(处理组Ⅱ)、中短链脂肪酸+天然植物精油+有机酸组(处理组Ⅲ),试验期为28 d,前14 d为试验前期,后14 d为试验后期。结果表明:在试验后期,处理组Ⅲ的仔猪平均日增重和营养物质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),整个试验期,处理组Ⅰ和处理组Ⅲ的料重比比对照组显著降低(P<0.05);处理组Ⅰ和处理组Ⅲ中的血清淀粉样蛋白含量显著低于对照组和处理组Ⅱ(P<0.05),处理组Ⅱ仔猪血清中的主要急性期蛋白含量显著高于处理组Ⅰ和处理组Ⅲ(P<0.05)。由此可见,中短链脂肪酸、天然植物精油及有机酸组合添加能改善断奶仔猪生产性能和饲粮养分的消化利用,减缓仔猪应激。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different combinations of antibiotics alternatives on growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility in weaned piglets.A total of 192 healthy weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)with an initial body weight of(8.26±1.33)kg were randomly divided into 4 treatments.Dietary treatments included a control group(CTR,corn-soybean meal basal diet),Treatment groupⅠ(supplemented with medium chain fatty acids and essential oils),Treatment groupⅡ(supplemented with organic acids and probiotics),and Treatment groupⅢ(supplemented with medium and short-chain fatty acids,essential oils and organic acids).Total experiment were lasted for 28 days,days 1 to 14 was previous period,and days 15 to 28 was late period.The results showed that the average daily gain and apparent nutrient digestibility of piglets in TⅢwas significantly increased in the late period compared with CTR(P<0.05).The feed conversion ratio and apparent nutrient digestibility of piglets in TⅠand TⅢwere significantly increased compared with CTR(P<0.05).The content of Serumamyloid A(SAA)in TⅠand TⅢwas significantly decreased compared with CTR and TⅡ(P<0.05),major acute phase proteins(MAP)content in serum of piglets in TⅡwas significantly higher than that in TⅠand TⅢ(P<0.05).In conclusion,the combination of medium chain fatty acids and natural essential oils blend with organic acids could improve growth performance,reduce diarrhea rate and relieve stress of weaned piglets,indicating their potential as a high-quality dietary antioxidant product to replace antibiotics.
