摘 要:试验旨在探究桑叶1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-Deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、器官指数及繁殖激素水平的影响。选取49~56周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡192只,随机分为4组(每组4个重复,每个重复12只),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加50、100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg的桑叶DNJ提取物。预试期1周,正式试验期8周。试验期间统计产蛋性能、饲料转化率,测定蛋品质,试验第8周屠宰测定器官指数和生殖激素水平。结果表明:①150 mg/kg的桑叶DNJ添加水平可显著提高产蛋率(P<0.05)。②150 mg/kg的桑叶DNJ添加水平可显著提高蛋黄颜色(P<0.05)。③100 mg/kg的桑叶DNJ添加水平显著降低腹脂指数(P<0.05);150 mg/kg添加水平显著提高肝脏指数,并显著降低腺胃指数(P<0.05)。④150 mg/kg的桑叶DNJ添加水平能够显著增加空肠指数,降低盲肠指数、空肠长、回肠长(P<0.05);添加不同水平的桑叶DNJ均显著降低回肠指数(P<0.05)。⑤100 mg/kg添加水平可显著提高小黄卵泡数(P<0.05);150 mg/kg添加水平显著增加小黄卵泡数、排卵后卵泡数(P<0.05)。⑥100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg桑叶DNJ添加水平可显著降低血液中三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(P<0.05)。⑦添加不同水平的桑叶DNJ均能提高孕酮和雌二醇含量,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,49~56周龄蛋鸡日粮中添加150 mg/kg的桑叶DNJ能提高海兰褐壳蛋鸡产蛋率,提高蛋黄颜色,降低腹脂指数和脂质代谢水平,提高肝脏指数,提高小黄卵泡数和排卵后卵泡数(P<0.05),桑叶DNJ的适宜添加量为150 mg/kg。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mulberry leaf 1-Deoxynojirimycin(DNJ)on performance,egg quality,organ index,and reproductive hormone levels of layers.A total of 192 Hyline Brown layers aged 49 weeks were selected in this experiment.The hens were divided into four groups(four replicates in each group and twelve birds in each replicate).Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet and those in the treatment groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 50,100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg mulberry leaf DNJ extract,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for one week,and the formal trial lasted for eight weeks.Laying performance,egg quality,and feed conversion rate were determined during the experiment,and organ index and reproductive hormone levels were determined affter eighth weeks of the experiment.The results showed as follows:①Supplementation with 150 mg/kg mulberry leaf DNJ could significantly increase laying rate(P<0.05).②DNJ supplemental level of 150 mg/kg mulberry leaf significantly increased yolk color(P<0.05).③Supplementation with 100 mg/kg mulberry leaf DNJ significantly reduced abdominal fat index(P<0.05).The supplementation level of 150 mg/kg significantly increased liver index and decreased glandular gastric index(P<0.05).④A supplemental level of 150 mg/kg DNJ significantly increased jejunum index and decreased caecum index,jejunum length,and ileum length(P<0.05);supplementation Different levels of mulberry leaf DNJ significantly reduced ileum index(P<0.05).⑤Supplementation with 100 mg/kg DNJ significantly increased the number of small yellow follicles(P<0.05);The 150 mg/kg supplemental level significantly increased the number of small yellow follicles and the number of post ovulatory follicles(P<0.05).⑥supplementation with 100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg mulberry leaf DNJ significantly reduced triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein(P<0.05).⑦The content of progesterone and estradiol increased by supplementing mulberry leaf DNJ,but there were no signif
