摘 要:牛型结核菌素提纯蛋白衍生物(牛型PPD)和禽型结核菌素提纯蛋白衍生物(禽型PPD)比较皮内变态反应和γ-干扰素(FIN-γ)体外检测法可以区分牛分枝杆菌复合群与其他分枝杆菌感染,提高牛结核病检测结果的特异性。采用牛型PPD和禽型PPD比较皮内变态反应、γ-干扰素体外检测法分别对牛型PPD单皮内变态反应阳性牛进行检测,阳性吻合率分别为81.27%、88.24%;采用γ-干扰素体外检测法分别对牛型PPD单皮内变态反应可疑牛40头、阴性牛24头进行检测,检出阳性率分别为57.5%、20.83%。γ-干扰素体外检测法与比较变态反应相比具有快速、敏感性高、特异性强,减少人为因素的影响,可提高检测结果的准确性。建议牛结核病检测采用牛型PPD单皮内变态反应与γ-干扰素体外检测法相结合进行。Comparison of intradermal allergy and interferon γ(FIN-γ)in vitro assays for bovine PPD and avian PPD can distinguish Mycobacterium bovis complex from other mycobacteria infections and improve the specificity of bovine tuberculosis detection results.Bovine PPD and avian PPD were used to compare allergies and γ-interferon in vitro detection methods were used to detect bovine PPD single intradermal allergy-positive cattle respectively,and the positive coincidence rates were 81.27%and 88.24%,respectively.In vitro detection method was used to detect 40 cattle suspected of bovine PPD monodermal allergic reaction and 24 cattle negative respectively,and the positive rates were 57.5% and 20.83%,respectively.Compared with the comparative allergy,the γ-interferon in vitro detection method has the advantages of rapidity,high sensitivity and strong specificity,which can reduce the influence of human factors and improve the accuracy of the detection results.It is suggested that the detection of bovine tuberculosis should be carried out by the combination of intradermal allergy of bovine PPD and γ-interferon in vitro.
