摘　　要：为了解现阶段国内猪弓形虫病的流行情况,通过文献研究的方法搜集、鉴别、整理国内2017—2022年发表的调查猪弓形虫病流行情况的文献。通过对文献的研究,科学认识该病在我国的流行现状。研究发现,山西、湖南、河南等14个省均有猪弓形虫病流行的报道。报道中,血清阳性率最高的是青海省,猪的IgG和IgM阳性率分别高达90.2%和41.8%。湖南省常德市、福建省厦门市、山西省吕梁市和河南省平顶山市的猪弓形虫感染率也较高,血清抗体阳性率分别为69.0%、40.17%、39.85%和38.55%。流行于我国的优势基因型可能为ToxoDB#9。本研究为整体认识我国猪弓形虫病流行情况,以及为国内规模化猪场合理、有效开展弓形虫病防控工作提供现实依据。In order to understand the epidemic situation of swine toxoplasmosis in China at this stage,we collected,identified and sorted out the domestic literature published during 2017—2022 to investigate the epidemic situation of swine toxoplasmosis through literature research.The study found that 14 provinces including Shanxi,Hu’nan,He’nan have reported the prevalence of swine toxoplasmosis.In the report,Qinghai Province has the highest serum positive rate.The positive rates of IgG and IgM in pigs are 90.2% and 41.8% respectively.In addition,the infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii in pigs in Changde City,Hunan Province,Xiamen City,Fujian Province,Lyuliang City,Shanxi Province and Pingdingshan City,Henan Province is also high,and the positive rates of serum antibodies are 69.0%,40.17%,39.85% and 38.55% respectively.The dominant genotype prevalent in China may be ToxoDB#9.This study provides a practical basis for the overall understanding of the epidemic situation of swine toxoplasmosis in China,and for the reasonable and effective prevention and control of toxoplasmosis in domestic large-scale pig farms.
