摘　　要：鸡是我国饲养量最多的家禽,其种类繁多,柴鸡一般以半散养状态为主,大多是以青菜、青草为食,提高鸡肉细腻口感及营养含量。养殖过程中要极为注意防疫,不仅预防病害传播,还要减少鸡肉中的药物残留。近年,河北省赞皇地区全面大力发展柴鸡养殖产业,建立当地特色赞皇柴鸡品牌,并逐渐形成“养殖、屠宰、加工、销售”一体化经营模式,走出一条现代农业产业,提高当地农户的经济收入,带动县域经济的发展。该文将详细介绍赞皇地区为发展当地经济,推广柴鸡生态养殖模式,带动当地县域经济发展。Chickens are the most widely raised poultry in China,with a wide variety of species,Chai Chickens are generally semi-free-range,mostly fed on green vegetables and grass,to improve the delicate taste and nutritional content of chicken,During the breeding process,great attention should be paid to epidemic prevention,not only to prevent the spread of disease,but also to reduce the drug residues in chicken,In recent years,the Zanhuang region has vigorously developed the Chai Chickens breeding industry in an all-round way,established the local characteristic Zanhuang Chai Chickens brand,and gradually formed an integrated business model of“breeding,slaughtering,processing,and marketing”,and stepped out of a modern agricultural industry to improve the economic income of local farmers and drive the development of the county economy,This article will introduce in detail how to promote the development of local county economy in Zanhuang area in order to develop the local economy,promote the ecological breeding mode of Chai Chickens.
