摘  要:用原位红外光谱研究苯并噻唑次磺酰胺类促进剂的反应机理。实验结果表明:在硬脂酸和氧化锌存在下,加热到一定温度,苯并噻唑次磺酰胺类促进剂与硬脂酸和氧化锌发生反应生成苯并噻唑锌盐,为推断苯并噻唑次黄酰胺类促进剂在橡胶硫化过程中的硫化机理提供重要的依据。In this paper, the reaction mechanism of benzothiazole sulphonamide accelerants was studied by in situ infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results show that in the presence of stearic acid and zinc oxide, when heated to a certain temperature, benzothiazole-hyposulphonamide accelerant reacts with stearic acid and zinc oxide to form benzothiazole zinc salt, which provides an important basis for inferring the sulfuration mechanism of benzothiazole-hyposulphonamide accelerant in rubber vulcanization process.
