摘　　要：目的:研究医生远程会诊使用意愿及其影响因素,为促进医联体开展远程会诊工作提供参考。方法:基于UTAUT模型,新增学历、科室、医院等级及使用经验4个调节变量构建医生远程会诊使用意愿概念模型,对问卷数据进行分析。结果:绩效期望(P<0.05)、努力期望(P<0.05)、群体影响(P<0.001)、促进因素(P<0.001)均与使用意愿显著正相关,各调节变量对于4条路径的调节作用具有显著差异。结论:远程会诊对医生工作具有积极作用,但现实中仍存在某些阻滞医生使用远程会诊的因素,可考虑加强对医生尤其是高年龄段医生和患者的远程会诊相关知识与信息的宣传力度,倒逼医生提高其使用积极性、提供远程会诊实践机会与平台、培养“意见领袖”、促进医联体内医疗服务均等化发展,来提高医生远程会诊使用意愿。Objective: To study the willingness of doctors to use the remote consultation and its influencing factors, so as to provide references for promoting the remote consultation of the medical alliance. Methods: Based on UTAUT model, the concept model of doctor’s willingness to use remote consultation was constructed by adding four moderating variables: education, department, hospital grade and experience to analyze the questionnaire data. Results: Performance expectation(P<0.05), effort expectation(P < 0.05), group influence(P< 0.001) and promotion factor(P < 0.001) were all positively correlated with intention to use. Conclusion: Remote consultation has a positive effect on doctors’ work, but in reality there are still some factors that prevent doctors from using remote consultation. To increase doctors’ willingness to use remote consultation. It could be given to strengthening the dissemination of knowledge and information related to remote consultation among doctors, especially among older doctors and patients, in order to improve the willingness of doctors to use remote consultation, doctors should be forced to increase their enthusiasm, provide the practice opportunity and platform of remote consultation, train the "opinion leader", and promote the development of Medical Service equalization in the Federation.
