摘 要:发电集团要实现电力生产过程集中控制、集中调度、集中管理的技术基础,是要实现将不同区域、不同发电形式的电厂实时产生的海量生产数据同步采集、传输、汇总至集控中心及集团级生产调度中心以供监视、控制、筛选、归类、统计、分析及应用。现今通信技术快速发展,基本能满足生产数据实时性传输的要求,但在数据应用可靠性、稳定性、有效性和安全性方面仍有提高空间,本文结合电力行业发电集团在建设集团级生产调度中心和省级(区域)级集控中心过程中发现的数据质量问题进行总结,分析问题原因,并提出相应解决方案。以量化的方式细分影响数据可靠性的因子,对方案中可落实的措施进行了总结及效果评估。The technical basis for power generation group to realize centralized control,centralized dispatching and centralized management of power production process is to realize synchronous acquisition,transmission and summary of massive production data generated by power plants in different regions and power generation forms to the centralized control center and group level production dispatching center for monitoring,control,screening,classification,statistics,analysis and application.Nowadays,with the rapid development of communication technology,it can basically meet the requirements of real-time transmission of production data,but there is still room for improvement in the reliability,stability,effectiveness and security of data application.This paper refines the data problems found in the construction of group level production dispatching center and provincial(regional)level centralized control center by power generation groups,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in the data application process,Propose and demonstrate corresponding solutions.The implemented measures in the scheme are summarized and evaluated.
