基于优势病种研究模式探讨中医眼科研究现状和展望

摘　　要：中医药是中国古代科学的瑰宝,总结和凝练中医药优势病种工作至关重要。目前入选的中医眼科优势病种仅有痿病(视神经脊髓炎)、风牵偏视(眼外肌麻痹)、暴盲(视网膜分支动脉阻塞)、视瞻昏渺(年龄相关性黄斑变性—浆液性色素上皮脱离期)、血灌瞳神(玻璃体积血)5种,然而中医眼科研究事业近年来蓬勃发展,建立更多的优势病种是广大中医眼科学者的努力方向。本文结合中医优势病种现有的“病-证-治-效-药-理”研究模式,剖析中医眼科研究现状,提出了中医眼科仍需要加强临床循证研究和基础理论内涵建设。最后就疾病的集成整合、经典传承创新、科技引领创新等方面对中医眼科优势病种建立进行展望,期望对今后相关研究有所借鉴和帮助。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is the treasure of ancient Chinese science,which is very important to summarize and refine the dominant diseases of TCM.At present,only five categories were included in the dominant diseases of Ophthalmology of TCM:Flaccidity disease(neuro-optic myelitis),paralytic strabismus(extraocular muscle paralysis),sudden blind(branch retinal artery occlusion),obscured vision(age-related macular degeneration-serous PED stage)and hyphema and vitreous hemorrhage(vitreous hemorrhage).However,since the cause of ophthalmology research in TCM has developed vigorously in recent years,establishing more dominant diseases is the direction of efforts of the majority of Ophthalmology of TCM.Based on the existing research model of"disease-syndrome-treatment-effect-drug-mechanism"for the dominant diseases of TCM,this paper analyzes the current situation of Ophthalmology research in TCM,and points out that Ophthalmology of TCM still needs to strengthen the clinical evidence-based research and the connotation construction of basic theories of Ophthalmology of TCM.Finally,we look forward to the establishment of the dominant diseases in Ophthalmology of TCM based on integration of diseases,classic inheritance and innovation,and innovation of science and technology,hoping to provide reference and help for future relevant research.
