冯俊基于络病学说和气血理论运用剔络养血法治疗青光眼思路

摘　　要：青光眼是是全球首位不可逆性、致盲性眼病,也是许多眼科和神经科学的研究重点。青光眼的病理机制复杂,其中高眼压是引发青光眼视神经病变的很重要的启动因素,而视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)凋亡和视神经损伤却是视力丧失的最直接原因,也是青光眼本质性的病理改变。中医药治疗青光眼性视神经病变具有独特优势。冯俊教授基于前人络病学说、唐由之气血理论以及朱良春虫类药用药思想,首创剔络养血明目法治疗青光眼性视神经病变,临床疗效较好,本文将剔络养血法做一梳理,以期为临床运用中医药保护视神经提供新的诊疗思路。Glaucoma is the first irreversible and blinding eye disease in the world,and it is also focus of many ophthalmology and neuroscience research.The pathological mechanism of glaucoma is complex,of which high intraocular pressure is a very important initiating factor for glaucoma optic neuropathy,while retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)apoptosis and optic nerve injury are the most direct causes of visual loss,and are also the essential pathological changes of glaucoma.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of glaucoma optic neuropathy.Professor FENG Jun,based on the previous theory of collateral diseases,TANG Youzhi's theory of Qi and Blood,and ZHU Liangchun's idea of insect drugs,pioneered the method of Tiluo Yangxue Prescription in the treatment of glaucoma optic neuropathy,which had a good clinical effect.This article sorts out the method of removing collaterals and nourishing blood,which will provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the clinical application of TCM to protect the optic nerve.
