治胃丸治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎

摘　　要：目的探讨治胃丸对慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法选择104例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者,随机分为三联疗法组与中西结合组,各52例。三联疗法组给予西药抗HP三联疗法,中西结合组在三联疗法组基础上联合治胃丸治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组治疗前和治疗8周后中医证候积分、血清炎性因子、疾病相关因子水平、治疗期间不良反应发生及治疗4周、8周后Hp根除率。结果与治疗前比较,治疗8周后2组胃脘疼痛、脘痞腹胀、口苦口臭、大便黏滞、胃灼热反酸评分及血清白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-11(IL-11)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平降低,中西结合组低于三联疗法组(P<0.05);2组血清胃泌素17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、生长激素(GH)水平升高,中西结合组高于三联疗法组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,中西结合组幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)根除率高于三联疗法组(P<0.05)。结论西药三联基础上联合治胃丸治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎患者,能降低患者中医证候积分和机体炎症反应,改善疾病相关因子水平,促进Hp转阴,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the curative effect of Zhiwei Pills on chronic erosive gastritis.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic erosive gastritis admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled as research subjects and they were randomly divided into a triple therapy group(n=52)and a Chinese-western combination group(n=52).The triple therapy group was treated with the western medicine anti-Hp triple therapy,while the Chinese-western combination group was treated with Zhiwei Pills on the basis of that,both for 8 weeks.The scores of the TCM syndromes,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and disease-related factors before and after 8 weeks of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the Hp negative conversion rates after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of abdominal pains,abdominal distensions,bitter mouth and halitosis,sticky stools,heartburns and acid refluxes,and the levels of serum interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-11(IL-11),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were decreased,and the Chinese-western combination group was lower than the triple therapy group(P<0.05),while the levels of serum gastrin 17(G-17),pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)and growth hormone(GH)in both groups were increased,and the Chinese-western combination group was higher than the triple therapy group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the negative rate of Hp in the Chinese-western combination group was higher than that in the triple therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic erosive gastritis,Zhiwei Pills on the basis of the western medicine triple therapy can reduce the scores of the TCM syndromes and inflammatory reactions,improve the levels of diseaserelated factors,and promote Hp to turn negative,which has a better therapeutic effect.
