补肾填精方对围绝经期综合征患者血清性激素水平及子宫内膜厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾填精方对围绝经期综合征患者血清性激素水平及子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法选择80例围绝经期综合征患者,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用激素替代疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾填精方治疗,2组均连续治疗12周。观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分、血清性激素水平、改良Kupperman评分及子宫体积和子宫内膜厚度变化,对比2组总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后中医证候评分、改良Kupperman评分、血清FSH和LH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清E2、子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率(92.5%,37/40)明显高于对照组(75.0%,30/40)(P<0.05);治疗期间2组均未发生不良反应。结论补肾填精方能够调节围绝经期综合征患者血清性激素水平,提高患者子宫内膜厚度,缓解患者围绝经期症状,疗效明显,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of the Bushen Tianjing recipe on the serum sex hormone level and endometrial thickness in patients with a perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with the perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with the hormone replacement therapy.On this basis,the observation group was treated with the Bushen Tianjing recipe.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes of the TCM syndrome scores,the serum sex hormone level,the modified Kupperman score,the uterine volume and endometrial thickness were observed in both groups,and the total effective rate and adverse reaction events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,the modified Kupperman score,the serum FSH and LH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum level of E2and the endometrial thickness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment(92.5%,37/40)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%,30/40)(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion The Bushen Tianjing recipe can regulate the level of serum sex hormones in patients with the perimenopausal syndrome,improve the thickness of endometrium,and significantly alleviate the perimenopausal symptoms,which has an obvious curative effect,safety and reliability.
