摘　　要：中药是治疗胃癌的独特治疗方式,具有费用低、不良反应小、多靶点控制肿瘤等特点,适合多数中晚期胃癌患者。细胞凋亡在胃癌的发生、发展及预后中具有重要的作用,目前国内外学者发现中药单药及多药合用在治疗胃癌具有显著疗效,其通过调控肿瘤细胞凋亡相关基因表达,进而发挥抑癌作用。本文从凋亡基因层面,对近年来单味中药和中药合用诱导细胞凋亡的作用机制方面进行阐述,从而为中药治疗胃癌提供参考依据。Traditional Chinese medicine is a unique treatment method for gastric cancer, which has the characteristics of low cost, fewer adverse reactions and multi-targeted tumor control, suitable for most patients with mid-to late-stage gastric cancer.Apoptosis plays an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer, and scholars at home and abroad have found Chinese herbs administered alone or in combination have a significant effect in its treatment, which play an anti-tumor role by regulating the expression of apoptosis-related genes in tumor cells. From the aspect of apoptosis genes, this paper expounds the mechanisms of apoptosis induced by a single herb or herbs in combination in recent years, so as to provide a reference for the treatment of gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
