县域乡村性评价及驱动机制研究

摘　　要：基于重庆市37县区10年间(2010—2019年)社会经济统计数据,构建县域尺度的乡村性评价指标体系,通过SPSS.23测算各县区乡村性指数(RI)、乡村性分异指数(Z′),深入剖析乡村性时空演化趋向及分异规律,并进一步探讨乡村性演化的驱动机制。结果显示:①37县区10年间RI整体呈降低趋向,且降低幅度、速率迥异。②37县区10年间Z′整体呈缓慢波动增长趋向,显示其间乡村发展差异愈演愈烈,且在2015年出现波峰。③政策经济、科技经济诱因是推动乡村性演变的两驾马车。各因素间的制约与作用促使RI降低、城乡差距缩小。④37县区结合当地实情、乡情,创造性打造专属“山城”振兴样板。城乡一体化趋势愈发明显。Based on the socio-economic statistical data of 37 counties and districts in Chongqing in the past 10 years(2010-2019),the paper constructs a county scale rurality evaluation index system,calculates the rurality index(RI)and rurality differentiation index(Z′)of each county and district by SPSS.23,deeply analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution trend and differentiation law of rurality,and further discusses the driving mechanism of rurality evolution.The results showed that:(1)RI of 37 counties and districts showed a decreasing trend,and the decreasing range and rate were quite different.②In the past 10 years,Z'of 37 counties and districts showed a slow fluctuating growth trend,which showed that the rural development gap between them became more and more intense,and the peak appeared in 2015.③Policy economy and science and technology economy are the two driving forces to promote the evolution of rural economy.The restriction and function of various factors make RI decrease and the gap between urban and rural areas narrow.④37 counties and districts creatively create their own"mountain city"revitalization model in combination with local reality and local conditions.The trend of ur-banrural integration is more and more obvious.
