摘　　要：以神东煤炭集团有限责任公司为例,探讨煤炭行业智能化转型升级背景下大数据如何赋能班组管理。神东煤炭集团通过不断探索新技术、新方法、新工艺,以生产数据为核心,搭建平台、研发应用、创新算法,强化数据治理运用,深度挖掘数据价值,建立符合大型煤炭基地班组建设的数据赋能体系,提升班组安全生产、人才队伍、自主创新能力,促进企业安全、高效、绿色发展。The current authors took China Energy Shendong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,as an example,discussed how big data empowering team management under the background of intelligent transformation and upgrading of coal industry,constantly explored new technologies,new methods and new processes,took production data as the core,built platforms,developed applications,innovated algorithms,strengthened data governance and application,deeply searched the value of data,established a data empowering system that fitting a large sized coal mine base teams construction,improved the safe production,talent team and independent innovation capability of teams,and promoted the safe,efficient and green development of enterprises.
