摘 要:畜禽粪便是新型污染物抗生素、重金属以及抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的重要储存库。厌氧消化(AD)是畜禽粪便资源化的重要手段。抗生素和重金属不仅会影响畜禽粪便AD效能,还是ARGs行为的重要驱动因子。文章从产气效果、微生物群落、ARGs行为三方面综述了抗生素和重金属(种类、浓度、赋存状态)独立和复合胁迫对畜禽粪便AD过程的影响,分析多因素胁迫下ARGs的厌氧消化归趋,以及共存污染物降解中间产物的潜在风险,以期为抗生素和重金属作为饲料添加剂的安全性和有效性提供理论参考。Livestock wastes is an important reservoir for emerging pollutants,i.e.,antibiotics,heavy metals,and antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs).Anaerobic digestion(AD)is an important means of resource utilization of livestock manure.However,antibiotics and heavy metals affect not only the AD performance of livestock wastes,but also ARGs’behavior.The influence of antibiotics and heavy metals(concentration,types,and forms)on AD process is comprehensively reviewed in this paper,from perspectives of biogas production,microbial community,and ARGs’behavior.It is suggested that the trend of anaerobic digestion of ARGs under multi-factor stress and the potential risk of degradation of intermediate products by coexisting pollutants should be comprehensively considered in future studies.It is expected to provide theoretical reference for the safety and effectiveness of antibiotics and heavy metals as feed additives.
