摘　　要：试验旨在研究刺梨果渣替代苜蓿对山羊养分消化率、血浆生化指标的影响,为刺梨果渣饲料化资源利用提供技术积累。将24只山羊随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复2只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,不含刺梨果渣;处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组刺梨果渣含量为12%、24%,替代苜蓿含量的20%、40%。预饲期7 d,正试期30 d,正试期分为两个阶段,每个阶段15 d。结果表明:(1)3组饲粮养分消化率(DM、GE、CP、OM、NDF)差异均不显著(P>0.05)。(2)在两个采血时间点(16、31 d),2个处理组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)在第一阶段,处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅰ组、对照组血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平依次降低,且互为差异显著(P<0.01);在第二阶段,处理Ⅱ组血液SOD水平显著高于对照组和处理Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,刺梨果渣替代苜蓿草有利于血液代谢,可作为一种新型的、优良的肉羊粗饲料资源开发利用。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of replacing alfalfa with Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue on nutrients digestibility and blood metabolites of goats for the exploiation of Rosa roxburghii Tratt as feed resource.Twenty-four goats were randomly divided into 3 treatments(control,treatmentⅠ,and treatment Ⅱ),with 4 replicates in each group and 2 goats in each replicate.The control was fed basal diet with no Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue.Treatment Ⅰ and Treatment Ⅱ were fed diets containing 12% and 24% Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue replacing 20% and 40% alfalfa,respectively.The experiment consisted of 7-d pre-feeding period,and 30-d trial period which was divided into 2 stages,each of it lasted for 15 days.The results showed that:(1)There was no difference in nutrients digestibility for goats fed 3 levels of Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue.(2)Plasma ALT level in 2 treatment groups were lower than the control at two blood sampling times(16 d and 31 d)(P<0.05).(3)In the first stage,plasma SOD levels of treatment Ⅱ,treatment Ⅰ,and control were successively decreased and were different from each other(P<0.05).In the second stage,treatment Ⅱ had higher plasma SOD level than control and treatment Ⅰ(P<0.05).In conclusion,replacing alfalfa with Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue is beneficial to blood metabolism and can be used as a novel and good forage for goats.
