摘 要:试验选择120头30日龄健康杜长大三元杂交仔猪,以公母各半的原则随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复20头。在日粮配方相同的情况下进行饲养试验,试验期进行生产性能测定,试验结束时从每个重复组随机抽取6头进行屠宰试验测定猪肉品质。结果表明:对照组和试验组初末重和平均日增重差异均不显著(P>0.05),但试验组料重比和腹泻率分别较对照组低7.86%和89.0%(P<0.05),死亡率差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组胴体直长高于对照组2.05%(P<0.05),试验组和对照组胴体斜长、屠宰率、肉色和pH指标差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组苏氨酸含量较对照组高2.19%(P<0.05),天冬氨基酸和亚油酸分别较对照组高2.42%和0.01%(P<0.01),赖氨酸、异亮氨酸、甘氨酸和油酸差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明生物发酵床饲养模式可以提高商品猪饲料转化效率和改善猪肉品质,可以在生产上推广和应用。In this experiment,120 healthy newborns of(30 days old)Duroc×Landrace×Large White pigs were randomly divided into control group and test group,following the principle of half male and half female.Each cage possessed 3 repeats,and 20 pigs per repeat.The diets were exactly the same.During the period of the trial,the growth parameters were calculated.After the termination of the feeding trial,6 pigs were randomly selected from each repeat and then slaughtered to determinate the meat quality.The result showed that there were no significant differences in initial weight,final weight and average daily gain(P>0.05).Compared to control group,the feed efficiency and diarrhea rate significantly reduced by 7.86%and 89.0%,respectively(P<0.05),but the difference in mortality was not significant(P>0.05).Compared to control group,the carcass straight length was 2.05%higher(P<0.05),the differences in carcass slanting length,slaughter rate,meat-color and pH indicator were not significant(P>0.05).Compared to control group,the content of threonine was significantly increased by 2.19%(P<0.05),the contents of aspartic acid and linoleic acid were significantly increased by 2.42%and 0.01%,respectively(P<0.01),but the differences in lysine,isoleucine,glycine and oleic acid content were not significant(P<0.05).This research showed that biological fermentation bed feeding mode can improve feed conversion efficiency and meat quality of commodity pig.Therefore,the biological fermentation bed model can be promoted and applied in production.
