摘　　要：目的系统评价下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(Arteriosclerosis obliterans,ASO)患者的焦虑、抑郁患病率。方法计算机检索Web of Science、PubMed、The cochrane Library、CBM、CNKI、Wanfang Data和VIP数据库,搜集有关下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者焦虑、抑郁患病率的观察性研究,检索时限均为建库至2021年10月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入9个横断面研究,包括1589例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者焦虑患病率为64%(95%CI 50%~77%);下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者抑郁患病率为52%(95%CI 36%~68%)。结论下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的焦虑、抑郁患病率较高。受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。Objective To systematically review the prevalence of anxiety and depression in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods Web of Science, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP databases were electronically searched to collect observational studies on the prevalence of anxiety and depression in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans from inception to October 2020.Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed risk bias of included studies;then, meta-analysis was performed by Stata 15.0 software. Results A total of 9 cross-sectional studies involving 1589 subjects were included.the results of meta-analysis showed that the prevalence of anxiety in patients with ASO was 64%(95%CI 50%~77%),and the prevalence of depression in patients with ASO was 52%(95%CI 36%~68%).Conclusion The prevalence of anxiety and depression in patients with ASO is high, Due to limited quality and quantity of the included studies, more high quality studies are required to verify above conclusion.
