摘　　要：随着人们生活方式的改变和社会老龄化速度的加快,冠心病伴抑郁状态的患病率逐年提升。导致冠心病伴抑郁状态的危险因素有很多,例如不健康的饮食习惯、抽烟、喝酒、不规律作息均是导致其发生的危险因素,而及时对危险因素进行预防和干预可以在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量。西医认为冠心病伴抑郁状态的发病机制较为复杂,与人体多个组织器官和循环系统有关,目前对于冠心病伴抑郁状态的治疗尚无特效药。冠心病可归于中医“胸痹”“真心痛”的范畴,中医学认为疾病的病情是错综复杂的,要善于在纷纭复杂的表现中抓住疾病的本质,以整体审查、诊法合参、病证结合的诊断原则,对冠心病伴抑郁状态的诊疗过程中有着独到的见解。本文旨在通过中医对冠心病伴抑郁状态的防治进行综述,以期为冠心病伴抑郁状态应用中医辨证干预和防治提供新的治疗思路。As people's habits and living conditions change and the social aging process accelerates,the prevalence rate of coronary heart disease and depression is increasing.Coronary heart disease with depression is associated with many risk factors,including unhealthy eating habits,smoking,drinking,and irregular work and rest patterns.Timely prevention and intervention of risk factors can improve the patient’s quality of life.According to Western medicine,coronary artery disease with depression has a complex pathogenesis and involves several tissues,organs and circulatory systems.The treatment of coronary heart disease associated with depression does not currently have a specific drug.Traditional Chinese medicine classifies coronary heart disease as"thoracic obstruction"and"true heart pain".According to Chinese medicine,diseases are intricate and complex,so we should possess the ability to grasp the essence of the disease in its diverse and complex manifestations,and we should possess the unique ability to diagnose and treat coronary heart disease with depression using the diagnostic principles of holistic review,the combination of diagnosis as well as disease and syndrome differentiation.This paper aims to provide new therapeutic ideas for applying traditional Chinese medicine to the intervention and treatment of coronary heart disease with depression by reviewing the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression through traditional Chinese medicine.
