摘　　要：通过对江苏省医养结合服务现状的调研分析,借助SFIC协同治理模型,从起始条件、催化领导、制度设计、协同流程4个方面分析其现实存在的问题,发现养老人才招聘难、机构投入大利润小、安全风险认识不足、政策精准度和简单度不够等问题。基于此,结合服务现状,对其实际问题深刻思考和梳理医养结合的要素、表现与关系,并以SFIC协同治理模型为框架,提出加强医养结合服务体系建设的对策建议。Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of integrated elderly care and medical services in Jiangsu Province,with the help of the SFIC collaborative governance model,the existing problems are analyzed from four aspects,including the initial conditions,catalytic leadership,system design and collaborative process,and the problems are found,such as the difficulty of recruitment of elderly care talents,large institutional investment and small profits,insufficient understanding of safety risks,and insufficient precision and simplicity of policies.Based on this,combined with the current situation of the service,the actual problems of profound thinking and combing the elements of the combination of medical care,performance and relationship,and SFIC collaborative governance model as the framework,we put forward to strengthen the construction of integrated elderly care and medical services system countermeasures and suggestions.
