摘　　要：目的 建立骨痹消巴布剂中祖师麻甲素含量测定的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法 色谱柱采用Agilent ZORBAX C^(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(20∶80);检测波长为327 nm;柱温40℃;流速为1.0 mL/min。结果祖师麻甲素进样量在0.108~0.540μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为100.50%,RSD=1.77%(n=9)。结论 本方法简便易行、灵敏准确,重现性好,可用于骨痹消巴布剂的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC determination method of daphnetin content in gubixiao cataplasm. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX C^(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the moobile phase was methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid(20∶80), the wavelength for detection was 327 nm, the column temperature was 40 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear relation was obtained in the range of 0.108~0.540 μg for daphnetin, r=0.9997. The average recovery was 100.50%, and RSD was 1.77%(n=9). Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of gubixiao cataplasm.
