人血白蛋白注射液住院医嘱初步点评分析

摘　　要：目的 通过点评我院白蛋白注射液住院医嘱,为临床提供有效合理的使用建议。方法 通过合理用药管理系统随机抽查本院2022年2、3月份使用人血白蛋白注射液的出院病历(总计88份),统计患者的住院信息(科别、诊断、使用目的、用法用量及疗程、手术信息等),以建立的合理性评价标准为依据对白蛋白注射液的使用情况进行点评。结果 白蛋白注射液的临床应用科室主要分布在胃肠外科和呼吸与危重症科。使用的适应证主要是低蛋白血症和大手术期间白蛋白补充,符合评价标准的占68.18%(60/88)。结论 本院存在使用不合理现象,甚至有使用禁忌证情况,点评结果将上报医务部,促进临床科室进行自查和整改。Objective To provide a reference and suggestion for clinical rational use of human serum albumin(HSA). Methods Through the rational medication management system, the discharge records(a total of 88 copies) of human albumin injection used in February and March 2022were randomly checked, and the hospitalization information of patients(department, diagnosis, purpose of use, dosage and course of treatment,surgical information, etc.) was collected, and the use of albumin injection was reviewed based on the established rationality evaluation standards.Results The main departments using HAS were gastrointestinal surgery and department of respiratory and critical care. Among the 88 patients,the main indications of HSA were hypoproteinemia and albumin supplementation during major surgery. The indications in accordance with the evaluation criteria accounted for 68.18%(60/88). Conclusion There are unreasonable phenomena and mistake in the clinical use of HSA in the hospital. The hospital should strengthen the control of the causes of unreasonable application,promote its clinical rational use,and improve the effectiveness and safety of the medication.
