摘　　要：目的 介绍悬吊缝线桥技术治疗1例高龄巨大肩袖撕裂合并重度骨质疏松的临床方法。方法 通过收治1例高龄巨大肩袖撕裂同时合并重度骨质疏松患者,术中采取悬吊缝线桥技术修补重建肩袖。结果 手术治疗后3个月随访,患者CONSTANT评分由术前29分提高至67分;VAS由术前8分降至2分;OSS由术前22分提高至48分;ASES由术前30分提高至78分;前屈上举角度由术前75°增加至110°。结论 悬吊缝线桥技术治疗高龄巨大肩袖撕裂合并重度骨质疏松安全有效,但仍需长期研究。Objective To introduce the clinical method of suspension suture bridge technique for the treatment of an elderly case with massive rotator cuff tears combined with severe osteoporosis. Methods An elderly patient with massive rotator cuff tears combined with severe osteoporosis was repaired and reconstructed with the suspension suture bridge technique during surgery. Results After surgical treatment 3 months, the CONSTANT score increased from 29 to 67, VAS decreased from 8 to 2, OSS increased from 22 to 48, ASES increased from 30 to 78, and the angle of forward flexion and lifting was increased from 75° to 110°. Conclusion The suspension suture bridge technique is safe and effective in the treatment of massive rotator cuff tears combined with severe osteoporosis in the elderly, but long-term study is still needed.
