摘　　要：目的 分析晚期前列腺癌去势术患者的心理状况、护理需求,评价心理护理干预对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪等方面的积极影响。方法 选择我院2019年3月至2020年5月期间的86例晚期前列腺癌疾病患者,前列腺癌去势术治疗的基础上,经伦理委员会批准,按照入院先后顺序分组(对照组、观察组)进行护理。对照组(n=43)患者采取常规护理,观察组(n=43)患者配合心理护理干预,比较两组患者的生活质量、焦虑与抑郁状态、护理满意度。结果 以欧洲癌症治疗研究组织生活质量测定量表(ORTC QLQ-C30)评估患者的生活质量,与对照组比较,观察组晚期前列腺癌患者的认知功能、情绪功能、躯体功能等评分更高,P <0.05;以焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,与对照组比较,观察组晚期前列腺癌患者的情绪评分更低,P <0.05;护理问卷调查结果,与对照组比较,观察组晚期前列腺癌患者的满意度97.67%更高,P <0.05。结论 加强心理护理干预助于改善晚期前列腺癌去势术患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,提升患者的生活质量,患者满意度高。Objective To analyze the psychological status and nursing needs of patients with advanced prostate cancer castration, and to evaluate the positive effects of psychological nursing intervention on patients’ anxiety and depression. Methods We selected 86 patients with advanced prostate cancer from March 2019 to May 2020 in our hospital. Based on the treatment of prostate cancer castration, approved by the ethics committee, they were grouped according to the order of admission(control group, observation group) carry out nursing. Patients in the control group(n=43) took routine care, and the patients in the observation group(n=43) cooperated with psychological nursing intervention to compare the quality of life, anxiety and depression status, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by the European Organization for Cancer Treatment Research(ORTC QLQ-C30). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores for cognitive function, emotional function, and physical function of patients with advanced prostate cancer, P<0.05;Use Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) to evaluate the anxiety and depression of patients. Compared with the control group,the observation group of patients with advanced prostate cancer have lower emotional scores, P<0.05;Nursing questionnaire survey results,compared with the control group, the satisfaction of patients with advanced prostate cancer in the observation group was 97.67% higher, P<0.05.Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing intervention can help improve the anxiety and depression of patients with advanced prostate cancer castration, improve the quality of life of patients, and have high patient satisfaction.
