康复护理在神经内科脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 研究神经内科脑卒中偏瘫患者应用康复护理的效果。方法 研究时段是2018年1月至2019年11月,研究对象是我院接收的82例脑卒中偏瘫患者,采用随机数表法分观察组(康复护理)与对照组(常规护理),各41例,比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前,两组临床指标比较差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;护理后,与对照组比较,观察组肢体功能更高,疼痛程度、水肿程度更低,生活质量更高,P <0.05;观察组护理有效率(97.56%)、满意度(95.12%)均高于对照组的85.36%、80.49%,χ^(2)=3.905、4.100,P=0.048、0.043。结论 康复护理能稳定脑卒中偏瘫患者的病情,对提高整体疗效具有重要的意义,利于促进患肢功能早期恢复,加速疾病康复进程。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with stroke and hemiplegia in the department of neurology.Methods The study period was from January 2018 to November 2019, and the study subjects were 82 patients with hemiplegia who had stroke admitted to our hospital, and 41 cases were divided into observation group(rehabilitation nursing) and control group(usual nursing) by random number table method, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in clinical indicators between the two groups, P>0.05;after nursing, compared with the control group, the observation group had higher limb function,lower pain and edema, and higher quality of life, P<0.05;the nursing response rate(97.56%) and satisfaction(95.12%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group were 85.36% and 80.49%, χ^(2)=3.905, 4.100, P=0.048, 0.043. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can stabilize the condition of stroke hemiplegia patients, which is of great significance to improve the overall efficacy, promote the early recovery of the function of the affected limb, and accelerate the recovery process.
