整体护理在下颌阻生齿拔除患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 研究分析对下颌阻生齿拔出患者给予整体护理的临床价值与作用。方法 选取180例于2018年4月至2020年5月在本院进行下颌阻生齿拔除治疗的患者,应用计算机数字随机排序的方式将上述患者分为对照组(90例,治疗过程中给予常规护理)和研究组(90例,治疗过程中给予整体护理),对比患者各项临床表现、伤口愈合及口腔功能恢复优良率以及并发症发生率。结果通过治疗后可知,研究组患者止血时间、拆线时间、疼痛自评(VAS)评分均低于对照组,而生活质量量表评分(QOL)高于对照组,其中研究组患者伤口愈合及口腔功能恢复优良率为95.56%,高于对照组78.89%,并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的23.33%(P <0.05)。结论 通过将整体护理应用于下颌阻生齿拔除患者的治疗中,能有效缩短患者止血、拆线的时间,缓解其疼痛感,并降低并发症的发生率,进而提高整体治疗的有效率。Objective To study and analyze the clinical value and effect of holistic nursing for patients with mandibular impacted tooth extraction.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with mandibular impacted teeth extraction in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(90 cases, given routine nursing during treatment) and the study group(90 cases, given holistic nursing during treatment) by computer digital sorting method. The clinical manifestations, wound healing and oral function of the patients were compared the excellent and good rate of recovery and the incidence of complications. Results After treatment, the hemostatic time, suture removal time and vas of the study group were lower than those of the control group, while the QOL of the study group was higher than that of the control group. The excellent and good rate of wound healing and oral function recovery of the study group was 95.56%, higher than 78.89% of the control group, and the incidence of complications was 6.67%, lower than 23.33% of the control group significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in the treatment of patients with mandibular impacted tooth extraction can effectively shorten the time of hemostasis and suture removal,relieve the pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the efficiency of holistic treatment.
